The sapphire crystal bezel on the dial side and the open back cover on the mechanism side are attached to two steel plates forming the upper and lower parts of the case. The whole structure, which opens up space for experimenting with materials, is fastened with 4 screws. Water resistance of 100 meters. Remark: The inner case is made of the same metal block as the crown protection. It turns out such an internal block, "squeezed" between the outer parts of the case. The features of the multi-layered design are clearly visible if you look at the clock from the side. Visually, they were emphasized by contrast in the finish, using a combination of polished and matte surfaces. A bolder case design complements the updated dial. There are no usual Arabic numerals on it. The arrows and markers are larger than those of the standard BR 05, and are generously covered with Super-LumiNova. The presence of a new mechanism inside the case in the design of the dial is indicated by two details: power reserve indicator and a large date window. The latter is made in aviator style and in addition to the current date shows the previous and next day. The BR-X5 models are available with a black dial and a dial in the shade of "ice blue". Both versions are not declared as limited. In 2023, the third, limited edition version of the watch will go on sale – the BR-X5 Multimaterial model with an internal titanium case and an external carbon case. 500 copies have been announced for release.
