Ime, a humanoid computer, suddenly finds herself among the ranks of a local honeypot, a network devoted to attracting and trapping viruses, without any explanation. To make matters even more complicated, there's been rumors of a mysterious virus by the name of "<3", that is said to be able to create the illusion of romantic love. It's a wild romp as some try to uncover its secrets, some to help cure it, and some just to see its effects through until the end! '<3' is a Ren'py based dating sim. It contains 6 endings as well as roughly 7 nonstandard gameovers. The game is relatively short, and can be beaten in half an hour, if you know what you are doing. I may or may not write a guide for the more obscure endings later.

"You, Paul, one day woke up to find the world in shambles and that everyone but you has disappeared. You have no idea what happened, as there's no one to ask---no people, no animals---but there are creatures that are attracted to the dark, so you must keep the lights on. The sun seems to be smaller, so days and especially nights are freezing, forcing you to use your heater that sucks up a good amount of power. Your last hope---a radio that lasts abut 5-7 minutes after its battery's been charged for 6 hours. You've finally made contact with a girl, Elly, and only have a short amount to chat each day to maintain sanity. However, your makeshift generator is now left with only 30 kilowatt hours of power on its final tank of gas---running your heater 6 hours a day would mean it'd be dry in 5 days, and only two things can be plugged in at a time. You must balance running your heater, your microwave, your lights, and time on your radio and keep the unknown creatures at bay for as long as you can. You may never find out why the world was laid to waste when you woke up, but you don't have to be alone." For GameJolt's GDC Jam, free and fully voiced dialogue!

A darker fairy tale: this time, the setting is much darker than in previous games. Amber, a dark elf, was abandoned as baby in the woods south of Icesilia. She was found and raised by Vin, a witch, who decided she should become an alchemist. When Amber turned sixteen, Vin sent her to Icesilia as apprentice to the legendary mage Haros. In the big town of Icesilia, she'll train and once she reachs adult age, become a master alchemist running her own shop, and along the way also meet interesting characters who might become something more than just friends: Daniel, Haros' son, who wants to be a mage like his father but also trains in alchemy. In competition with Amber since young age, he'll need to be careful to not be consumed by his pride. Bernard, a brave young man who wants to become a famous adventurer. Paranoid and ill-tempered, he'll need to learn to control himself to avoid doing things he might regret. Lair, the son of the influent noble elf Arnor. Naïve but with good heart, suffers the bad influence of his arrogant father Arnor. Ruby, a seductive young woman who turned vampire just recently, struggling to not lose the humanity still left in her. Cosa and Anders, two mysterious silver-haired adventurers who will ask Amber's help, and might reveal themselves to be something more than they look. Lynn, a cute elf who runs the herbalist shop with her mother. A marriage with a noble has been arranged for her, but she's not sure if she really wants it. The game plays like an hybrid between a dating sim and a simulation game. Each choice will change Amber's (and her friends/love interests) alignment: there's Dark and Light. But be careful: dark and light doesn't mean wrong or right. There are no right or wrong choices in this game, though some endings are more sad and cruel than others! The game features 4 different endings for each love interest, with some dark events/scenes never seen before in a Winterwolves' game. Play the game at your own risk! Unlock all the endings of a specific character to discover bonus pin-up images.

Asher is a short visual story about a librarian—all right, librarian’s assistant—named Tetrine Reish who lives in the city-state of Asher. Things are going swimmingly (except for perhaps her brother’s debt/bootlegging problem and an ominous dream or two,) until a woman comes along asking for a book. Not a library book—that would be too easy—but a book that doesn’t belong in Tetrine’s library. The book turns out to be written in a magical script called Nell marks that only a few people can see, and Tetrine is one of them. However, all her life she’s been told in no uncertain terms that letting on that she can see the marks is a Bad Idea. Which is unfortunate, because several people, two of whom have suspicious intentions, find out. A kidnapping and an attempted murder (or two) ensues, and Tetrine’s life will never quite be the same again. Stars a mythical queen, amnesia & romance (more or less in that order), vampire-like supernatural demon-things, a film-noir-type/silent-film-ish art style, and 20% less blood.

This was my first VN ever made. It's kind of short, silly, and poor quality, but for all of you who mildly enjoy it, and would like to figure out what the heck happened in this novel, there's going to be a sequel that will actually be pretty good. It's much longer already, the graphics are better, and the plot is actually coherent. In addition, there are a huge number of variables and the choices you make actually ridiculously impact the plot of the novel. There should be a full beta version up on the LemmaSoft Website in a couple weeks or so. But, for now, Bacon1 remains a playable Pokemon parody with sprite pictures of my friends that belong to me and a mixture of Google and my own background images. Have fun playing~! It is a novel about two young transfer students with a troubled but hopefully interesting past, trying to turn a new leaf in their lives. I prefer visual novels with lot's of choices, so there will be routes. The first branching will happen when you will pick with which main character you want to play, the guy or the gal. However after that I hope to have a computer club route, a library route, a HEMA fencing route(pretty unique if you ask me), a form your own club route and a hidden mystery route. Burn the bridges:chapter 1 is a visual novel...my first one kind of complete. Personally my favourites so far are the fencing and mystery routes, so that is why so far those are the most fleshed out ones in my head. Most of the choices however will be hiding a hidden skill system. Also one of the skills unlocks all routes, while the others unlock only one route. This choice is however useless later in the game(unless I decide otherwise). I am only sorry that I forgot to at least display the skills at the end since right now they don't do anything... As for the romantic relationships, I plan to make it like this depending on the routes and their subroutes, some routes will have several romantic interests: -boy pursues girl -girl pursues boy -girl pursues girl So far in the first chapter I have done this: -the introduction of the settings, main characters(also the choice of which one of them you will play) -the introduction of the homeroom teacher, however his character design is a placeholder.

Welcome to Cops&Robbers, a one-player/two-player dungeon-crawl game about a robber, a cop, and a Big Diamond. The TWO-PLAYER system uploads and downloads data from a web server. To start playing there are two possibilities: PRIVATE GAME: One player creates a game, chooses to be a cop or a robber, and shares the generated game-code with the second player. The second player uses that code to access the created game and will be the opponent (cannot chose the job). PUBLIC GAME: One player creates the game, chooses to be a cop or a robber, and the game is public on the server. Another player searches the public-game lists and joins in. Once the system detects the two players are on-line, the game starts. Obviously, every player needs a computer connected to Internet. ONE-PLAYER Mode One-player mode works as usual, with the save/load option.

Hi, my name is Daniel and i am a huge fan of the horror genre. Not only that but i am also a gamer and i think the time has come for me to start producing my own horror game. If you like visual novels or simply love a twisted sick horror story then you are in the right place! What will you find in "The Cult of the Dead"? - A very interesting and dramatic horror story. - Help the story unfold by using the choice system. - A twisted supernatural reality. - Zombies, Demons and Psychos. - Good & Evil system.(events will change depending on your choices) - Eerie ambiance and a dark macabre feeling of the game. - Vulgar uncensored language and the occasional softcore nudity. The game will be released as a full version by means of Episodes. Each Episode will have multiple chapters that will be periodically released to patrons. For example : "Cult of the Dead Ep1" : Chapters 1,2,3,4,5,6. "Cult of the Dead Ep2" : Chapters 1,2,3... and so on).

Set in the romantic 18th century France, play as the third person point of view character of Mother — a unique twist to the visual novel decision making medium. Submitted for Glorious Trainwreck's game jam "Trainwrecks from SPAAAACE," the only rule was that you have to use space as a theme. Anything and everything else goes. Originally, they wanted the game to be coded in 2 hours. This is the first time I have coded any project, so I extended it to 2 days so I could learn what to do. The concept I decided to run with is to take a Shmup that I have never played and create a back story to the game. Darius (sometimes localized as Sagaia) would be my guinea pig. The original localization was gibberish, so this was a fine game to begin my craft. Since I had a deadline to uphold, I left many unused assets in the file. Think of them as bonus materials.

Date Ariane is an erotic "Date Simulator" visual novel originally released in 2004, and expanded on over the years. It has a huge following with millions of players over the years. After creating all new graphics in 2014, I ported the game to Renpy in 2015 as a stand alone game. This is a very different style of game from most Ren'Ai games, most obvious from the use of 3D graphics rather that traditional hand drawn. It is also primarily plotless with some 40-50 event scenarios possibly coming up during the date, resulting in thousands of possible dates which can range from 1 to 20 minutes long.

Go forth and make people miserable! Armed with ‘misery tokens’, make choices and ruin people’s lives! Sarcastic and witty, Misanthrope twists the initial encouragement for your life-ruining into a subtle guilt-trip. In the beginning/middle, the game gives sometimes cruel options - options that people in real life clearly opt for, but at that level of casual cruelty. At first, it’s weirdly satisfying to wreak havoc, but towards the end, the author turns this around by humanising all the people whose lives you have ‘ruined’. Despite the title, Misanthrope is, in truth, surprisingly compassionate.

Fear&Love is a short Kinetic Novel (about 10000 words) about Kino, a boy who is afraid to confess, and Mae, a girl who struggles with her own heart. They try to help a couple of friends (Subare and Zira) with their relationship and have to face an unexpected question: ‘What are your feelings?’ A wave of doubt and fear overwhelms them: ‘What’s he thinking?’ ‘How is she going to react?’ ‘Can we be sure?’ ‘It can’t be so difficult!’ The VN is narrated from different character’s points of view (Kino, Mae, and more), and sometimes presents their thinkings and their words (that, curiously enough, don’t match). I’ve tried to express this with text in different colors. I expect it’s not too confusing.

You arrive just in time to watch the first round of the debate club championship, the most anticipated and important event of the school year. As you start to befriend seven of the debaters, you realize that there may be more to them than what they show on the stage… and that they’re all eligible bachelors. As the field of competitors narrows, the tension rises and conflicts begin to boil over. Loyalties will be tested, friendships shattered, and alliances dissolved. But throughout the chaos, one thing remains steadfast as a constant beacon of hope: teen romance. Grand Old Academy is a Japanese-style visual novel/dating sim inspired by contemporary American politics. Its tone is satirical, but lighthearted: it is a story about romance, friendship, and competition, not actual political issues. The only major difference from other dating sims is that all of the actors in this story happen to be politicians. Think “Hatoful Boyfriend,” but instead of pigeons, it’s Republicans.

This is a mock up of the first chapter of my visual novel. I would like to improve on the artwork definitely, but also wanted some feedback. The idea is a narrative story which does not change, however, if the reader clicks on images, they can find out more about the world. Also, although there are not different endings, the reader will be able to choose the order of the chapters they read. (I rated 13+, no nudity, some sexual themes later in the story, but there is language.)

Kako no Koi is the story of Naoya Kiriyama, a normal boy at Moboroshi high school. His everyday life is nothing to get excited about: the biggest delinquent at his school considers him his buddy, his younger sister treats him with nothing but disdain, and his mother believes he must have done something to deserve that. His sister suddenly develops an interest in the occult, and her personality begins to change. The setting is meant to be in Japan, and hence several Japanese words (in Romaji) may be used. But the English meaning will follow right after the Japanese Phrase in the VN dialogues. However if you would rather not have any Japanese expressions in the dialogues, there is an English-only version that you can download as well. There are 3 attainable guys, 4 endings ( 3 good ends and 1 bad end). Each path is relatively short, depending on your reading speed, the time to complete the game may be 5-15 mins only. This is my first visual novel, hope you enjoy it (:

You're given plenty of things in this game, including Cornelia. But whether she stays with you depends on what you do... navigate through the many tropes/memes/cliches and see if you can do the right thing! Size/Scope: 12 MB download, play time 5-10mins (unless you like staring at semi-naked anime babes, in which case, longer XD) This game was a competition entry for Ludum Dare, a game competition where you have to create a videogame on your own in 48 hrs to a surprise theme. You can use a fair amount of development tools, but all images, music, scripting/special coding, sounds must be made by you and you alone (no collaborations). Ludum Dare #20 theme was "It's Dangerous to Go Alone! Take This!". My original statement of intent was that I would only enter if I thought I could justify putting some gratuitous sexy time into my game. The good news is… I could. So I did. (Actually, it's only really a 12A at worst, nothing you wouldn't see at a beach, these days).

In this perilous subterranean world, what will you learn about yourself - if you live long enough? Geekido Studio's first visual "novel" is really more of a visual short story or visual character sketch. Veteran amateur creative producer Chrooke abuses the visual novel format with parallel storylines that drive the mystery and tension as we learn more than we ever wanted to know about our protagonist. Warning: NSFW; contains adult language; contains but does not promote sexism; implies but does not directly portray, and does not condone or promote, rape, domestic abuse, and bullying.

Plot For fans of Higurashi: When They Cry, Mafiosi: Le Loro Cosa is a kinetic novel about a mafia family known as the Gallos. The story is told through the eyes of the Gallo children, who range from the ages of 6-15, as they become involved in the shady dealings of the family business. The story begins with the sudden death of the family matriarch, and subsequently spins out of control when her two sons, Gerald and Xander, are put on the defensive, as former partners threaten to take over their collective business ventures for themselves. Mafiosi is a tale of loyalty and deceit, murder and survival, and both the strength and frailty of familial bonds. This particular novel serves as a prologue to a much longer saga, following the Gallos from childhood to old age as they are pitted against the outside forces of the mafia world, and eventually, each other as well. This installment of the saga is divided into four parts (=24 chapters total). Rated Teen for language, and descriptions of adult situations and violence.

English: Monochromatic is a free non-professional visual novel programmed by using the Ren'Py platform. It is about two hours long and there are two routes for the player to read. However, each route does not lead only to a single ending, but it can reach a total of seven different outcomes depending on player's choices. The story takes place in a little town called La Rose, where the main character —Bruno Maxwell— moves to. He hates that place at first but that fact may change when he meets some students who would change his life, for better or for worse. On other hand, there's an individual, who call themself The Illusionist, who claim the story to be theirs and not Maxwell's. Furthermore, they seem to be pretty interested on everything regarding Bruno's narration. The work is only available in Spanish for now, but it might have an English translation soon. Anyway, the Spanish version link can be on the home page. Thanks for your attention! Yandere stories are always the same. Girl stalks boy. Boy meets girl. Boy dates girl. Girl turns out to be a sociopath. Boy freaks out. Girls heart is broken. Boy dies. Rarely does your average yandere story divert from this format. But what if it would? What if the boy wouldn’t freak out and break the girl's heart? And what he does is panty shots, boob-grab collisions and unrelenting, shameless flirting. But then, one day, his perverted ways unintentionally catch the attention of a yandere and a stereotypical yandere story seems to unfold. This is a choice-based game. It takes between 5-45 minutes to complete, depending on how you play. There are random disconnect events that may extend your play time. (That is a feature, not a bug). Please Hold! was originally created for Ludum Dare 30 for the theme of "Connected World".

Will eating a banana cause you to die at age 15? Ponderings of Time tries to explain what time is, discusses various theories of time, and attempts to tie it all back together to relate to visual novels.

Grotesquely re-animated for RPGMaker.net's Revive the Dead Contest, October 2014. Jewish, depressed, 92-years-old and living on foreign soil. You never knew what kind of experience you were going to have when you visited my grandmother. Sometimes she was sweet, sometimes she was a nightmare, but she was always an absolute hoot. For better or for worse, I treasure the time we spent together. In this short linear visual novel, adapted directly from a short radio play I previously created, I aim to give the player the experience of visiting a crotchety old woman who just won’t quit. You can’t win, you can’t lose, and nothing gets resolved. And because of this, I feel that this is a scenario that many people can relate to. Featuring character artwork by Justyna Burzynska and full voice-acting. Contains coarse language and brief nudity.

A prequel to my first furry visual novel, Load-Off. I’ve been wracking my brain for months figuring out how to structure and what kind of story this would be, and this is the demo of the first day result. It contains one ‘sex-scene’, though it acts as more of an introduction to the setting and characters. I hope to keep working on this and add more days, and branching paths, and possible romance options…but that’s for a later date. Feedback is welcome, and I hope you enjoy the VN.
